Powerful Tools for Caregivers workshops help caregivers take care of themselves while caring for a loved one.

The evidence based curriculum offers a 6-week series led by certified leaders. Each class series meets at the same time and same day for 6-consecutive weeks, whether in person or on-line.

This is not a support group, but a supportive network of fellow caregivers, helping you remember you are not alone.

Class participants also receive a copy of The Caregiver Helpbook, developed specifically for the class.

“Learning the difference between being assertive and not being aggressive”

“Knowing you’re not alone!”
